Your pets are treasured members of your household, but their accidents on your carpet can pose a significant disruption and compromise your home’s well-being and comfort. Finding a competent carpet cleaning expert who can proficiently manage pet accidents, preserve your carpet investment, and maintain your home’s hygiene is essential. Our team of carpet cleaning professionals here at Green Team Chem-Dry is adept at handling pet accidents and can implement efficient procedures to ensure that your home looks, feels, and smells its best.
How Chem-Dry Tackles Pet Odors
Pet accidents can prove to be a significant hindrance to your carpet’s well-being as they can lead to repugnant odors and unsightly stains. Traditional carpet cleaning methods tend to mask the problem rather than address the underlying causes, making them insufficient for removing pet odors and stains. This is where our innovative Pet Urine Removal Treatment (P.U.R.T.®) comes into the picture. P.U.R.T. triggers a chemical reaction that breaks down the urine crystals, thereby eliminating unpleasant odors at the source and leaving your home smelling fresh. Additionally, we employ a specialized ultraviolet light that can detect pet urine, invisible to the naked eye. Our P.U.R.T. formula is safe to use on rugs and upholstery, and you can trust our team to effectively and rapidly address all pet accidents on your carpet.
Our Process Step by Step
At Green Team Chem-Dry, our customer satisfaction is paramount, and we follow a step-by-step process to achieve the best results. We aim to provide you with an absolute peace of mind. To start, we undertake an ultraviolet light inspection to detect problem areas where hidden urine crystal deposits might be present.
Then, we use our Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) process to comprehensively clean and remove any liquid residue and loose urine crystals. After that, we apply our innovative P.U.R.T. product to the affected areas, which is absorbed into the carpet’s fibers and backing. It takes 24 to 36 hours for the chemical reaction to be complete and for any residual matter from the pet accident to be broken down. Once the treated areas have dried, you can return to your normal routine and enjoy the company of your furry friend without any worries.
